CourtMate

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CourtMate iOS app. By creating an account or using CourtMate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use CourtMate. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Community conduct

CourtMate connects real people for real matches. When using the app, you agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Meeting other players — play safe

CourtMate helps you find partners, but we do not vet, screen, or run background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other players, including deciding when and where to meet. Use good judgment: meet at public courts, tell someone where you're going, and report any concerning behavior to us. Tennis is a physical activity — you participate in matches at your own risk.

4. CourtMate Premium subscriptions

CourtMate offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("CourtMate Premium") with monthly and yearly plans. By purchasing a subscription:

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (profile details, photos, messages). By posting it, you give us a limited license to store, display, and share it within the app as needed to provide the service — for example, showing your profile to potential match partners.

6. Our service

We work hard to keep CourtMate available and reliable, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtMate and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries, disputes, or losses arising from matches or interactions between users.

7. Termination

You can stop using CourtMate and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use CourtMate after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
